By accessing or using PeopleBridge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including organization owners, managers, and employees.
PeopleBridge is a cloud-based employee scheduling and workforce management platform. Features include shift scheduling, GPS clock-in/out, timesheets, team messaging, time-off management, digital consent forms, AI scheduling tools, and related tools. All features — including all AI features — are included on every account; there are no feature tiers.
New organizations receive their first month free upon registration, with access to all features (including all AI features). No credit card is required to start. At the end of the free month, usage-based billing begins unless you cancel. Current plan details — including any included usage and the rates that apply — are shown on our pricing page (peoplebridge.app/pricing) and at signup. The free-month offer has no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
PeopleBridge is offered as a single, usage-based plan with every feature — including all AI features — included. Charges are based on your usage (such as the number of active employees and locations) plus any optional add-ons you choose to enable (for example, third-party API integrations such as POS or payroll connections). Only active employees are billed. There are no feature tiers and no per-prompt AI charges.
Current prices are published on our pricing page (peoplebridge.app/pricing) and shown at signup; the rate that applies to your account is available in your billing settings. All prices are in USD and are subject to change, with advance notice to existing subscribers as described in "Changes to Terms" below.
After the free first month, subscriptions are billed monthly based on usage (active employees and locations) for the billing period. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. By providing payment information, you authorize PeopleBridge to charge your payment method on the billing date. If payment fails, your account may be suspended. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. PeopleBridge does not store your full card details.
All fees paid to PeopleBridge are non-refundable, except as expressly required by applicable law. This includes subscription fees and any add-on or usage-based charges for a billing period. If you cancel, you retain access to the Service through the end of your paid billing period; no partial-period refunds are issued. PeopleBridge is not responsible for charges resulting from failure to cancel before a renewal date.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues through the end of the current paid billing period, after which the account is deactivated. Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@PeopleBridge.app if you suspect unauthorized access. Organization owners are responsible for the activity of all users (managers and employees) within their organization.
You agree not to use PeopleBridge to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; (c) transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; (e) use the Service in any way that disrupts, damages, or impairs its functionality.
PeopleBridge collects and processes data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to that processing. Employee data collected through the Service (including GPS clock-in data, schedules, and timesheets) is owned by the organization and processed by PeopleBridge on their behalf. PeopleBridge does not sell user data to third parties.
The Service uses GPS location data to verify employee clock-in and clock-out at designated work locations. Employees must consent to GPS tracking through the in-app consent forms before using clock-in features. Location data is used solely for work verification purposes and is not used for continuous tracking outside of clock-in/out events.
PeopleBridge strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeopleBridge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify organization owners via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
